     Security

Security is taken very seriously at FinallyOnline all your transactions will go through high-level encryption. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral. (top)

Hassle Free Shopping

If a customer fumbles through your site looking for products or checking out you can be sure they wont return. FinallyOnline customizes your web site to make sure that your site will make a first time online shopper feel like a pro. (top)

            Pricing Flexibility

As you know prices are everything. Nobody likes to spend more money then they have to, this is especially true with the online shopper. While FinallyOnline does not regulate your prices we created flexible services that will allow you to update your site on a daily basis, which means if you need to drop prices over-night it will be done. Product updates are never more than a call away. (top)

Discount Management

A Store-wide Discount can be used to create a store-wide sale that will discount all orders by a certain percentage. For example; 10% off all order subtotals. You can also request to activate free shipping for orders over a certain amount. (top)

Product Discounts

With Product Discounts you can create and manage individual product sales. For example; a product item that is normally $8 can be assigned a sale price of $6. When the item is placed on sale, the sale price will be used. A Sales page is also generated and allows your customers to view all items currently on sale. (top)

        Affiliate Partner Program

You have the option of creating an Affiliate Partners program in which other webmasters can refer customers to your site through a special link. These customers will then be tracked, and you can pay a commission to your Affiliate Partners in exchange for their business. You will be given reports about all orders received through your registered Affiliate Partners (top)

Mailing Lists

FinallyOnline maintains a list of customers who have chosen to subscribe to your webstore’s mailing list. Customers can subscribe by choosing the Subscribe to Mailing List option that is displayed during the checkout process or on your homepage. You can request us to send special emails to all or part of your registered customers. (top)

Emails

Depending on your subscription you will be given emails addresses where customers can send you requests and suggestions. FinallyOnline will retrieve all the emails and send them to you in a method you desire such as fax. For security reasons we do not send any credit card information via faxes.(top)

Ordering

The ordering process is the process by which a customer enters your site, browses the products in your inventory, and chooses the ones they want. This essentially begins when a customer enters your site and views the homepage. Your customers will be provided with easy access to product pages that display your inventory, as well as conveniently placed links to the Search Engine.

Product pages can be located anywhere in the site and customers can browse freely through the web as they order, taking as much time as necessary. However, for security reasons if a customer is completely idle for more than 20 minutes, their shopping session will expire and they will be required to begin a new order.

In addition to ordering products, customers can also add items to their Saved Cart for purchase at a later time. When the customer is finished ordering, they will proceed to the checkout process.

   Searching for products

When customers view this page in a browser, they will be presented with a simple interface that they can use to search your entire inventory for a certain product or group of products. The Search page allows customers to search your inventory by the criteria of All Categories, a specific Category, and a keyword search or Product ID and Product Name within the selected range of Categories. (top)

Save cart

If a customer does not want to purchase an item from your webstore during their current order, they can add the item to their Saved Cart. The Saved Cart is a function that allows customers to set items aside during an order, and then return at a later date to retrieve them and complete the order. This is a very convenient function because it allows your customers to put items on hold.(top)

    Checkout

Once your customers have finished ordering products in your site, they will proceed to check out through one of the links to checkout you will have conveniently placed on all of your product pages.

Customers will be shown all of the items they have ordered in your site, and given the option to modify the contents of their order.

When a customer is satisfied with the contents of the order and wishes to complete the shopping process, they can click Checkout to proceed to the next step. This is where the secure part of the ordering process begins. The customer will be directed to a page, which will begin collecting the information necessary to ship the order.  Returning customers will also be given the option to submit a username and password here, which will retrieve the information from their previous orders and use it to auto-populate the fields of the order form. New customers will choose a username and password at this time. After all the information has been submitted, the customer clicks the Continue Checkout link at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next step.

After clicking Continue Checkout, the customer is presented with a summary page of all the information they just submitted. If there are any mistakes in this information, the customer can choose to modify it here. All of the information, such as a credit card number, that is necessary to bill the order will also be collected here. If the information is correct, the customer clicks the second Checkout link at the bottom of the Verify page to complete the ordering process.

The customer will be directed to confirm and be given an Order ID number. Which will be forwarded to you.(top)
